Richard and Alison were off doing voluntary work at the Hillswick Wildlife Sanctuary today, the weather was not quite as promising as it has been, so it seemed like a good day to do something a bit different. We spent the day exploring Lerwick!
Not many photos today as shops and buildings don't seem to inspire me to get my camera out, but Lerwick is a nice place to spend half a day wandering. In the afternoon we visited the Lerwick Museum, which covers the history of Shetland. What an amazing place. Too much for one afternoon really - information overload had set in!
