Ed and Gerda are over from Holland for two weeks, we are hoping to take them for a walk or two but our plan for Thursday was thwarted, sirst by the forecast and then Ed hurt his back! Instead we are having a gentle couple of hours today and then hopefully we will manage to fit something else in before they head back home

| Normal positions are taken up - Gerda and I marching our up front with Ed and Husband putting the world to rights a little way back. Breeze and Donna? Well obviously they are having fun all over the place. |

Just a nice gentle couple of miles and pretty bracing at times too. With luck we will be able to find another shortish walk and a weather window sometime in the week ahead.
